Principal Partner – Mr. Mohan Arseculeratne FCA

Mr. J.C.M. Arseculeratne articled at Cecil Arseculeratne & Company and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977. He has continued working there and now has over 45 years experience in the field of auditing and taxation. He became a Fellow of the Institute in 1983.

Managing Partner – Mr. K.V.Y.S. Vitharana FCA, BSc. Acc. sp, ACMA

Mr. Vitharana is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and obtained a degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura (BSc. Accountancy Sp.). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Mr. Vitharana counts over 18 years experience in the field of Finance, Auditing and Taxation. He articled at Messrs, Ernst & Young and worked there for three years as an Assistant Manager where he handled audits reporting directly to the Partner. Then he joined Ceylinco Cisco Security Corporation (Pvt) Ltd (Presently known as Certis Lanka Group). He worked there nearly Seven years and held the post of Group Director (Finance) at the time of leaving the Company. Then Mr. Vitharana joined Cecil Arseculeratne & Company in 2010 and enlisted to Partnership from 1^st April 2014. He is Managing Partner of the firm with effect from 1^st January 2015.
